When you need extra allergy/immunity support, try this:
Brew a hot cup
Lightly sweeten with local honey
Add a little bit of fresh lemon juice.
Inhale the scent of the tea through your nose and be present with the smells and flavors while you enjoy the cup with intention. After you’ve finished, give your sinuses a gentle massage and give attention to areas on your face/head that are tender.
If you feel a sneeze coming, let it out!
If you feel drainage moving, blow it out!
Make another brew from that same bag and let it sit
over night in the fridge to enjoy cold in the morning.
