These herbs have traditionally been used to:

and relieve sore throat. The flavor is reminiscent of Earl Grey tea

thanks to Bee Balm (Wild Bergamot)

with a grounding flavor from Echinacea.

About our tea quanties:

Tea bags range from 7-10g of tea per bag depending on the variety

Glass Jars range from 20-25g of tea depending on the variety

All of our teas can be brewed for a second or third serving. Just brew longer or overnight in the fridge for additional servings.
